Your first conversation is with our Clinic Facilitator — 15 minutes, by phone, at no cost. They talk you through how the programme works, answer your questions, and if it sounds right for you, book your in-clinic assessment for you.
If you decide to go ahead, the facilitator books your first in-clinic visit for you — a 30-minute nurse assessment with a 3D body composition scan, followed by 30 minutes with the facilitator. From then on your appointments are arranged with the clinic directly.

Nothing is charged online. Your first appointment with a clinician is arranged only after you have spoken with us.
